RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Athletes must be born on or after January 1, 2016
  • The TAR Thailand Pre-Qualifiers competition is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Athletes who have previously participated in the TAR Thailand Pre-Qualifiers will not be able to participate in this event again
  • Girls are allowed to play TAR Asia Qualifiers and TAR U11 Promises, but must be born within the same year as the boys (2016)
  • Minimum 10 players
  • Maximum 17 players per team
  • Teams must have both home and away kits with clearly visible numbers on the jerseys
  • Total of 32 Teams

Saturday, November 7, 2026
⏰ Start 10am and finish 17:30 with Lunch break from 13:00 to 13:30 (no games during lunch break)

Sunday, November 8, 2026
⏰ Start 9:30 and finish 17:30 with lunch break from 12:30 to 13:00 (no games during lunch break)

🔹 Group Stage:

  • A total of 4 groups, each consisting of 8 teams.
  • Every team will play 7 matches within their group (round-robin format).

🔹 National Championship Stage

  • The 1st and 2nd place teams from each group will qualify for the TAR Asia Finals, which include the following rounds:
    • Quarter Finals

    • Semi Finals

    • Finals

🥉 Ranking Stage:

  • Teams finishing 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th in each group
    will be reorganized into new groups of 4 teams each.

  • These teams will play against each other in a round-robin format
    to determine their Final Rankings.

  • Pitch Size : 55 x 33 meters

  • Goal Size : 5.5 x 2.2 meters

  • Teams must be ready at the field entrance at least 10 minutes before the match begins
  • The match duration is 20 minutes, divided into two halves of 10 minutes each
  • There is a 1-minute water break between the first and second halves

Unlimited substitution is allowed. Notify the referee in advance before any substitution. Match no need to be stopped

  • A player who receives a red card will not be allowed to return to the game, and the severity of the offense will be reviewed by TAR Thailand organizers to determine whether the player will be suspended from the next match.
  • Therefore the team can substitute him for another player after 2 minutes, so they will be always 7 players on the field.

No direct shoot from Kick off. (Ball must leave the center circle with a pass.)

When 2 teams have the same number of points:

  1. Head to head
  2. Goal difference
  3. Goal scored
  4. Less goal conceded
  5. Youngest team

In case of a draw during the elimination round, results of the match will be determined by penalty shootout 3 penalties per team, then sudden death.

If a team arrive 3 minutes late, the match will be suspended and 3 points given to the team arrive on time. if there is agreement between officials, a friendly match will be played without counting the score.

Offside is applied in the torunament and it’s marked with a blue line on the field (14 meters away from goal). Check layout in the Football field and Facilities tab.
