TEAM REGISTRATION

Players Criteria

Athletes must be born on or after January 1, 2015
The TAR Thailand Pre-Qualifiers competition is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Athletes who have previously participated in the TAR Thailand Pre-Qualifiers will not be able to participate in this event again
Female athletes are not allowed to participate in the TAR Thailand Pre-Qualifiers, TAR Asia Qualifier, and TAR U11 Promises competitions

How many players per team?

Minimum 10 players
Maximum 17 players per team

Any Team Jersey Restriction?

Teams must have both home and away kits with clearly visible numbers on the jerseys

⏰ 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM – Knockout and Ranking Matches

Competition Format

🔹 Group Stage: Saturday, November 8
🕘 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Each team will play 5 matches
Teams are divided into 10 groups, with 6 teams per group
The 1st and 2nd place teams from each group advance to the National Qualifiers
Teams ranked 3rd to 6th will move on to the Ranking Stage

🔹 National Championship Stage: Sunday, November 9
🕘 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🏁 The Final match begins at 6:00 PM

Each team will play a minimum of 4 matches, and up to 7 matches
Teams are divided into 4 groups, with 5 teams per group
The top 2 teams from each group will advance to the Quarter-finals, followed by the Semi-finals and Final

🥉 Ranking Stage:
Teams that do not qualify for the National Stage will be regrouped based on their performance on Saturday to determine final rankings as follows:

Top 5 third-place teams → Group for ranks 21–25
Remaining 5 third-place teams → Ranks 26–30
Top 5 fourth-place teams → Ranks 31–35
Remaining 5 fourth-place teams → Ranks 36–40
Top 5 fifth-place teams → Ranks 41–45
Remaining 5 fifth-place teams → Ranks 46–50
Top 5 sixth-place teams → Ranks 51–55
Remaining 5 sixth-place teams → Ranks 56–60

Pitch Size : 55 x 33 meters
Goal Size : 5.5 x 2.2 meters

FOOTBALL RULES

Arrival and Duration of Game

Teams must be ready at the field entrance at least 10 minutes before the match begins
The match duration is 20 minutes, divided into two halves of 10 minutes each
There is a 1-minute water break between the first and second halves

Substitution

Unlimited substitution is allowed. Notify the referee in advance before any substitution. Match no need to be stopped

Red Card

A player who receives a red card will not be allowed to return to the game, and the severity of the offense will be reviewed by TAR Thailand organizers to determine whether the player will be suspended from the next match.
Therefore the team can substitute him for another player after 2 minutes, so they will be always 7 players on the field.

Kick Off

No direct shoot from Kick off. (Ball must leave the center circle with a pass.)

Criteria of Classification

When 2 teams have the same number of points:

Head to head
Goal difference
Goal scored
Less goal conceded
Youngest team

Penalty Shootout

In case of a draw during the elimination round, results of the match will be determined by penalty shootout 3 penalties per team, then sudden death.

Match Suspension

If a team arrive 3 minutes late, the match will be suspended and 3 points given to the team arrive on time. if there is agreement between officials, a friendly match will be played without counting the score.
